Aim of research:

To systemize and correlate the most social indices of Russia; to analyze capital formation statistics of delayed tax and wage payments 
    
Methods and substance of research:

On the basis of statistic analysis, the paper measures the dynamics and differentiation of living standards, income-distribution and unemployment indices in Russian Federation entities. Analyzed capital-formation factors and savings structure, export of capital, as well as the dynamics and structure of delayed tax and wage payments
    
Results of research:

The paper provides a description of the dynamics and regional differentiation of Russia’s social and economic indices for 1994-1997
