Aim of research:

Provide local and regional authorities with information-analytical and methodical materials on key issues of socio-economic development, including forecasting, strategic and financial planning and monitoring, investment, development of social policy, reforming of administrative sector and local authorities.
    
Methods and substance of research:

The project aims to develop partnerships and net cooperation. The project work was undertaken to supply local and regional government with information and analytical and methodical materials on key issues of socio-economic development, including forecasting, strategic and financial planning, monitoring, investment attracting, social policy development, state administration and local government reforming, as well as international cooperation
    
Results of research:

Quarterly (from 2010 monthly) reports on key issues of socio-economic development with the application of basic materials
