 Preparation of Plan, including detailed list of activities, aimed to standards of living in St Petersburg realization, achievement of goals of socio-economic development of St Petersburg, main aims of socio-economic development of St Petersburg. 
    
Methods and substance of research:

Methodological Recommendations for working out of Plan of activities in 2005-2008 for realization of St Petersburg Government Resolution 474 «About Programme of Socio-Economic Development of Saint Petersburg in 200-2008» were carried out. Analysis of branch and territorial executive public bodies of St Petersburg fulfilled.
    
Results of research:
