Definition of Priorities and instruments of local economic policy in the new conditions 
    
Methods and substance of research:

Overview of legislation conduction. Study of Novosibirsk oblast municipal reform experience. Creation of questionnaire and interviewing at the municipalities. Discussion of results at the seminars. Preparation of publications. 
    
Results of research:

Preparation of monograph or a collection of articles about 5-7 A4 in volume for publishing in programme “Independent Economic Analysis” series.
Arrangement of final materials at the web-server “Strategic spatial development in the cities and regions of Russia”.
Presentation of final materials at the round table with participation of representatives of local authorities, experts in local economic policy, and NGOs representatives.
Distribution of research results among the organizations of economic policy independent expertise (regional think-tanks)
Presentation of the research results to the expert council at the Committee on Local Governance at the RF State Duma.
