Results of research:

In the framework of Tacis Programme “Regional Capacity Building Initiative” project the series of study-consulting events were held, during which the technical assistance for regional authorities and SME support infrastructure organizations was provided in the field of preparation of projects into international cooperation programmes for 2006-2007. During the work, the major attention was paid to Murmansk, Archangelsk, Kaliningrad and Pskov Oblast.
