Methods and Project Scope:

To assess Novorossiysk’s current condition and its growth potential, which will provide better city competitiveness; to define priorities, goals, targets, measures and mechanisms for a long-term dynamic and sustainable development of the economy and the social sphere; to develop an effective long-term socio-economic policy of municipal authorities aimed at improving the economy’s competitiveness, living standards and quality of people’s life.

Expected Results:

The following final documents will be prepared: Competitiveness and Growth Potential Diagnostics; Novorossiysk Development Doctrine; Novorossiysk Socio-Economic Policy: Key Priorities and Targets; Strategy Implementation Mechanisms, Action Plan.
