Goals:

Expert Support in Implementation of Strategic Development Directions of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania until 2030, aimed at development of the draft Strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania until 2030.

Methods and Project Scope:

At the first stage of work it is carried out a strategic diagnosis of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, which includes diagnosis of the basic indicators of development of the region, its competitiveness, social development and evaluation of the quality of human capital, economic and spatial development as well as development trends of the external environment. The scope of work of this phase includes an overall assessment of the strategic factors of development of the region, including SWOT-analysis, identifying competitive advantages and key challenges. At the second stage it is carried out the strategic doctrine and priority areas for the development of Republic of the North Ossetia-Alania, as well as mechanisms for implementation of the Strategy of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.  

Expected Results:

Analysis and project materials on the areas "Strategic diagnosis of development of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania" and "Strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania until 2030".
