Aim of research:

On the basis of acting information network determine the major trends on developing the information system of technological innovative activity (IS of TIA) in the North-West region
    
Methods and substance of research:

Have been carried out an analysis of acting information infrastructure for small business with support of experts of ICSER Leontief Centre. On the basis of integrated information resources organisations – partners with using internet/intranet technologies and the system of artificial intellect have been developed the major trends of IS of TIA .The new forms of interaction of large industries, infrastructures, TIA’s and SME ‘s in scientific-technical sphere – innovative – industry complex have been studied 
    
Results of research:

The recommendations on developing an unitary information-analytical system for innovative business support in the North-West region has been elaborated. The main problems of acting information network, principles of partner network and TIA development is defined
