Methods and substance of research:
The study reviews a number of local bodies instrumental in the acceptance of investment projects which serve as a basis for investment order formulation.
The paper provides basic information on the structure of residential housing development and civil engineering, as well as information on construction costs by type of construction materials used.
The review also addresses the citys development needs and plans, and describes a number of organisations playing an important part in the city infrastructure: large manufacturing facilities, railways, the airport, and the Metro, as well as their renovation and development plans.
