Aim of research:

Transfer of Experience of Analytical and Expert Support of Strategic Planning in the Process of Elaboration of Strategies for Municipalities of Krasnoyarsk Krai.
    
Methods and substance of research:

In this project Leontief Centre acted as a partner of the main participant- Krasnoyarsk Research Centre and provided transfer of its experience. Experts of Leontief Centre participated in the preparation of seminar “Strategic planning in Municipalities of Krasnoyarsk: new opportunities”. 200 participants took part in the seminar – heads of cities and districts, experts in socio-economic planning/ Experts of the Krasnoyarsk Research Centre made entrepreneurship at the Leontief Centre and gained methodological support in the field of consulting for municipalities, started elaboration of strategic plans. 
    
Results of research:

In the framework of the project the book was published: Strategic Spatial Planning: New Opportunities of Socio-Economic Development” Collection of Articles. Edited by: E.Akbulatov, V.Efimova, B.Zhikharevich -Krasnoyarsk: KRC, 2004 - 180 p.
