ICSER ​​Leontief Centre jointly with the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov implementing the project Programme Development for Innovation Clusters in Arkhangelsk region. In the framework of project the working visit of  Leontief Centre experts (Boris Zhikharevich and Artur Batchaev) in Archangelsk was held.
