The book "Regional Economics and Regional Policy" / Ed. A.P. Zaostrovtsev. – International Center for Socio-Economic Research “Leontief Center”. St. Petersburg: ICSER ??Leontief Centre, 2021.

The collection, prepared based on the materials of the XX Annual Conference from the Leontief Readings cycle, held in St. Petersburg on September 10-11, 2021, will be of interest to everyone who studies the regional problems of modern Russia. The problems of convergence and divergence of regions are considered, regional development strategies are evaluated from the standpoint of institutional economic theory, the impact of the corona crisis on small and medium-sized businesses in the regions is shown, and considerable attention is paid to demographic problems at the regional level. The collection ends with a thematic lecture, traditional for the Leontief Readings, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the New Economic Policy.
