The preliminary launch of the call for proposals for major and minor projects will begin in November, and the official one will start on February 8, 2022 after the program is submitted to the EU Commission.

A financial agreement defining the rules for the participation of Russian organizations in projects is under preparation at the EU Commission. However, the Program encourages partnerships with the involvement of Russian organizations in the preparation of projects at an early stage. The terms of participation of Russian organizations will be clarified by the Supplementary Guidance, which is under development.

All instructions for applicants will be available on the Program portal, where you will also find access to the Matchmaking platform for finding partners. A series of webinars will begin for applicants, and from December MA / JS will be consulting for them.
