2021-05-17 :: VII Municipal Strategy Contest Announced as Part of the Strategic Planning Leaders Forum 2020-2021

The VII Municipal Strategy Contest (MSC-2021) will be held as part of the in-person stage of the Strategic Planning Leaders Forum of the Regions and Cities of Russia: Reality 2020 and Agenda for the Next Decade to be held on October 25-26 in St. Petersburg. The MSC-2021 contestants — all types of municipalities (urban and municipal districts, urban and rural settlements), located in Russia’s Arctic Zone, with experience in strategic planning.

Organizers: Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, All-Russian Congress of Municipalities, St. Petersburg Committee for Arctic Affairs, Expert Center "Project Office for the Development of the Arctic", ICSER Leontief Centre, Committee of Civil Initiatives.

Call for applications starts on 1 June 2021. Deadline — 3 September 2021. The MSC-2021 Finals and Awards Ceremony will be held at the Strategic Planning Leaders Forum. There may be a chance of the additional qualifying round in September 2021. The format and dates of this round will be announced later.
