History

 

International Centre for Social and Economic Research “Leontief Centre” was established in 1991, at a turning point in Russian history, on the joint initiative of the Mayor of St. Petersburg Anatoly Sobchak and the Nobel Prize Winner in Economics Wassily Leontief.
