Main Objectives of the Department:

- ensuring safe and efficient operation of the property complex of the Centre, including building maintainance, 

- improving service level through regular in-service inspection and focused work with clients, as well as through implementation of modern technologies, including:

• energy saving technologies,
• computer based technologies,
• modern means of communication,
• modern means of wear and damage protection.

- development of property complex of the Centre in order to increase capitalization, provide competitive opportunities of the building and premises, as well as demand from SMBs of Admiralteysky district of St. Petersburg.

Objectives of Engineering Services: 

- current operation and future development of building engineering systems, 

- maintenance and development of the building structural elements, 

- operation and development of technical means of security and alarm systems,

- cooperation with the resource providers.

Objectives of Service Unit:

- reception and accomplishment of applications on the current operation,

- providing security of perimeter,

- maintenance and development of access control systems, entrance post,

- cleaning of premises and territory,

- disposal of household waste.
