Conference Hall

Each year conferences, seminars, training sessions take place in the conference hall including: 

• Annual Conferences The Russian Economy: Current Reform Issues from Leontief Readings (over 100 participants, organizer: ICSER Leontief Centre)
• Interdisciplinary Seminars Economy and Society (up to 80 participants, organizers: ICSER Leontief Centre, Sociological Institute RAS, National Research University Higher School of Economics - St. Petersburg branch, St. Petersburg Institute for  Economics and Mathematics RAS)
• Cycles of workshops (up to 30 people, organizer: St. Petersburg Foundation for SME Development); and others.

 The total area of the conference hall is 150 square meters, capacity - up to 100 people.

Conference hall can be used in whole or divided into two parts.

Near the conference hall is a hall, where registration of participants and / or coffee breaks are held.

Conference hall is equipped with all necessary equipment for events organization: sound system (sound amplification system, microphones), multimedia projectors, LCD panel, screens, monitors, flip chart, laptop computers, control console of presentations, wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), copiers.

The hall has a system of air conditioning.

The modern design and soft colors provide a cozy atmosphere for conferences, presentations, seminars, workshops, training programmes.

Modern comfortable portable furniture of the conference hall enables transformation of place and organization of the round tables.

 

Rent of Conference Hall

Leaseholders of the Business Centre Partnerstvo are given discounts on rental of conference hall and equipment at the rate of 20%.

For other clients the flexible system of discounts operates:

• up to 10% - when renting ½ square conference hall,
• up to 15% - when renting the whole conference hall.

The rate of discount depends on the period of the conference hall usage, leasing of equipment.
