X All-Russia Forum Strategic Planning in Regions and Cities of Russia - RESORCES FOR DEVELOPMENT

The Forum is held annually since 2002 and became one of the most effective forms of support and promotion of territorial strategic planning. The Forum is widely represented by Russian and foreign non-profit organizations, Centers for Strategic Studies, Regional Development Agencies, Funds to SMEs support, and other consulting, training and research organizations.
