Public Hearings to Discuss the St. Petersburg Draft Law on Cooperation among NGOs and Government Authorities

On September 15, 2010 Saint-Petersburg Center for Humanities and Political Studies “Strategy” with the support of Leontief Centre held public hearings to discuss the St. Petersburg draft law on Cooperation among NGOs and Government Authorities, which were attended by representatives of the city executive authorities and non-profit organizations, scientists.
