Seminar "Small and Medium Businesses. Conditions and Prospect of Cooperation" in the framework of the Russian-Nordic Exchange Programme for Local Civil Servants

On November 8, 2010 in Saint-Petersburg in the framework of the russian-nordic exchange programme for local civil servants, seminar "Small and Medium Businesses. Conditions and Prospect of Cooperation" took place.

The Leontief Centre is admin of programm for Local Civil Servants is a Nordic-proposed initiative to strengthen local civil servants capacity and networks between the Nordic region and Northwest Russia. The goal of the programme is to engage at least 170 local civil servants from approximately twenty Northwest Russian local administrations and ten Nordic municipalities in exchange and networking activities, such as seminars and study visits, during 2010/2011. The programme is initiated and mainly financed by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
