2026-03-12 :: Artur Batchaev has joined the Certification Committee for Economic Policy and Strategic Planning (KEPiSP).

On March 6, the Public Council under the Committee for Economic Policy and Strategic Planning (KEPiSP) held its first meeting of 2026, chaired by Council Chairman Dmitry Solonnikov.

During the meeting, Artur Batchaev, Head of the Territorial Strategic Planning Department at the Leontief Center for Social and Economic Research, was elected as the Public Council’s representative to the KEPiSP Certification Committee.

A number of other issues were also discussed at the meeting: adjustments to the Committee’s state program for "Economic and Social Development of St. Petersburg Territories," the city’s draft business program for the SPIEF, and the city’s socioeconomic development results for January-December 2025.
