On February 1, the 2026 Winter School was held at the Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg, attended by over 1,000 people.

L.E. Limonov, Director and Coordinator of Research Programs, participated in the Winter School and presented the Master’s program in "Urban Development and Management" and the Leontief Center, a joint department with the International Center for Social and Economic Research.
