2025-11-18 :: L.E. Limonov discussed the relationship between the local social environment and urban innovation.

On November 13, Director and Coordinator of Research Programs L.E. Limonov participated in the session "Geography of Talent: Urban Attractiveness Factors and Global Trends" at the 15th International Scientific Conference "Foresight and Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy." He presented a paper entitled "Relationship between the Local Social Environment and Urban Innovation: A Rationale for an Empirical Research Approach."

The conference was organized by the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) of the Higher School of Economics. The conference featured discussions on a wide range of issues in the areas of science, technology, and innovation policy and science and technology foresight.
