2020-11-27 :: Leonid Limonov Spoke at the Annual Scientific Conference on Cultural Policy, Economics and Sociology of the Cycle “Sorochkin Readings”

On November 26-27, the annual scientific conference on cultural policy, economics and sociology “Cultural Activities: Challenges of the Paternalistic State” (of the Cycle “Sorochkin Readings”) was held. The conference took place online. Organizers — State Institute for Art Studies, Institute of Economics RAS, Higher School of Economics, supported by the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation. The conference sessions focused on public funding for culture, economic impacts of cultural heritage, and sociological research of culture.

Leonid Limonov, Director-Coordinator for Research Programmes, gave a presentation “Cultural Heritage of Small-Sized Cities of Russia”.

The conference was attended by scholars and practitioners of various spheres of culture and arts, researchers and post-graduate students of research institutes, teachers and students of higher educational institutions, representatives of cultural institutions and government bodies of various cities of Russia.
