2019-04-18 :: Boris Zhikharevich and Arthur Batchaev Took Part in the III All-Russian Forum with International Participation “Economics in a Changing World” (Kazan)

On April 17, Boris Zhikharevich, Head of the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre, Academic Supervisor to Leontief Centre - AV Group Consortium, and Arthur Batchaev, Head of Territorial Strategic Planning Department at Leontief Centre, took part in the III All-Russian Forum with international participation “Economics in a Changing World” (Institute of Management, Economics and Finance at Kazan Federal University).

Boris Zhikharevich made a report at the plenary session “New macro-regions of Russia – experience of retrospective ranking in terms of competitiveness”. The report presents the calculation results of the Macro-regional Competitiveness Index (AV MRCI-2018), which composition is determined by the Russia’s Spatial Development Strategy. Calculations for 2014-2108 are conducted by the Leontief Centre - AV Group Consortium.
