The Head of Development Department Nina Oding and Senior Research Fellow Lev Savulkin took part in the 5th International Research GSOM Emerging Markets Conference 2018, held on October 4-6 at Campus “Mikhailovskaya Dacha” (St. Petersburg). Organizer – Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg University. On October 6, Nina Oding chaired a session “Governance and Management in the Public Sector (Regional Policy)” and made a presentation entitled “Increase or Redistribution: Taxes in Russian Regional Budgets”.
