Senior Research Fellow Lev Savulkin participated in the 4th Annual Research GSOM Emerging Markets Conference, held at SPbU (October 5-7, St. Petersburg).

On October 6, Lev Savulkin spoke at the section "Improving the Efficiency of Public Sector in Economy" with the report "Problems of Russian Budgetary Federalism", prepared jointly with Junior Research Fellow Andrey Yushkov and Head of Research Department Nina Oding.
