2017-04-07 :: А.O. Yushkov Took Part in the Russian-German Seminar on Federalism under German Week in St. Petersburg

On April 7, Research Fellow of ICSER Leontief Centre A.O. Yushkov took part in the Russian-German seminar "Dividing Powers and Money: Federalism and Decentralization in Russia and Germany" under German Week in St. Petersburg and made a report on the theme "Russian Fiscal Federalism: Current Trends and Prospects". Seminar organizers: Higher School of Economics and German Consulate General in St. Petersburg. The event was also attended by Former Minister - President of Saxony G. Milbrandt, Professor of Moscow State Institute of International Relations and Free University of Berlin S. Kropp, Associate Professor of Higher School of Economics and Helsinki University A.V. Starodubtsev.
