An interview with Boris Zhikharevich, Director of Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre, was published in journal "Expert Tatarstan", NN6-7 (9-22.02.2015). Interview was devoted to the "Development Strategy of Tatarstan until 2030", which is led by Leontief Centre and its developers consortium. The Strategy Document "Tatarstan-2030" was handed to the President of Tatarstan during the Gaidar Forum in Moscow, which was held this year in January.
