2015-01-29 :: On January 29 Boris Zhikharevich participated in discussion of the first draft of Socio-Economic Development Strategy for the period up to 2030 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in Tatarstan Republic

On January 29 The regular meeting to discuss the first draft of Socio-Economic Development Strategy of Tatarstan Republic for the period up to 2030 (ICSER Leontief Centre led the development consortium of Strategy-2030) was held at Ministry of Agriculture and Food in Tatarstan Republic.

The meeting was attended by about 40 people. Chairman of the meeting was Marat Akhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister in Tatarstan Republic -  Minister of Agriculture and Food in Tatarstan Republic, Head of the Project site, "Agriculture development". The discussion was attended by representatives of the Tatarstan Republic State Council, Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Agriculture and Food in Tatarstan Republic, Ministry of Economic Affairs in Tatarstan Republic, heads of several municipal districts and large agricultural enterprises. Development consortium was presented by Vladimir Gritskikh, Head of the Project local office "Tatarstan-2030"; Boris Zhikharevich, Director of Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre, Scientific Director of the Project "Tatarstan-2030"; Alexey Krylovskiy, President of AV Group; Elena Makarova, Deputy Head of the Project local office. 

The main attention was focused on the Development Strategy of Tatarstan agroindustrial complex. The project concept and methodology for sustainable development of agriculture in Tatarstan Republic was also discussed. Marat Akhmetov noted that the Strategy-2013 - is the way breakthrough development of agroindustrial business.
