Boris Zhikharevich, Director of Resource Centre on Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre, attended a meeting of the Scientific Council of Fundamental Research Program of the Presidium of RAS: Fundamental Problems of Spatial Development of the Russian Federation: an Interdisciplinary Synthesis.

Leontief Centre participates in research on the Programme in the framework of sub-project 5.5.: Multiscale Transformation of Socio-Economic Space for Different External Conditions of Society and Economy Functioning. In 2011, Leontief Centre will present the results, related to the study of trends and prospects of modernization and metropolitan agglomerations development of Russia economic space.
