Leonid Limonov, coordinator for scientific programmes of the Leontief Centre, took part in the kick-off meeting for the project: The Economic Repositioning of Post-Socialist Cities - Institutional Settings, Local Strategies and Urban Economic Growth". He made a presentation on "Empirical findings on St Petersburg Metropolitan Area Spatial Development".
