2011-11-12 :: XIII International Scientific-practical conference on public sector reform "Public Sector Transition"

November 11-12, the Director-Coordinator of Research Programs of Leontief Centre Leonid Limonov and Senior Researcher Andrei Zaostrovtsev participated in the XIII International Scientific-practical conference on public sector reform "Public Sector Transition" (Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University).
The conference is a continuation of the series of scientific conferences held in 1995-2010 years, first in a joint project of the St. Petersburg and Stockholm University, CPAS and SPIDER-Public Economics, and then as a conference of the Association of Public Economics (ASPE). Leonid Limonov was the chairman of the section "Human capital and education," and spoke on "The Institutional Determinants of Spatial Planning" at the round table on "Spatial Planning". Andrei Zaostrovtsev spoke on "Democracy, law and economic freedom in post-socialist countries" in the section "Public sector and civil society"
