 2011-10-25 :: All-Russian Scientific Conference "Modelling in Problems of City and Regional Economy"
On October, 24-25th Leonid Limonov, Director-Coordinator of Research Programs of Leontief Centre and Boris Zhikharevich, Director of Resource Centre on Strategic Planning of Leontief Centre have taken part in the All-Russia Scientific Conference "Modelling in Problems of City and Regional Economy".
Conference Organizers: the Russian Academy of Sciences, Branch of Social Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Central Economic-Mathematical institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the St.-Petersburg Economic-Mathematical institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences with support of the Russian Fund of Basic Researches.
Leonid Limonov moderated the section "Models and Methods of Strategic Development of Cities and Regions" and has made report "Problem of Planning of Spatial Development of the St.-Petersburg Agglomeration". Boris Zhiharevich moderated the section "Mathematical Models for Various Problems of Development of Megacities" and has made report "Databases of Operators of Mobile Communication as a Source of the Information for City Modeling".
