Orekhovsky, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Chief Research Fellow, and Head of the Sector of Philosophy and Methodology of Economic Science at the Center for Methodological and Historical-Economic Research at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, presented a paper on "Economic Growth in the USSR: A Structuralist Approach."
