On September 29, L.E. Limonov, Coordinating Director of the Leontief Centre for Social and Economic Research (ICSER), participated in a joint seminar between the Laboratory for Science and Technology Studies and the Russian Cluster Observatory of the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), "Prospects for Innovative Development for Small and Medium-Sized Cities in Russia," and served as an expert in the discussion of the report "When Size Doesn’t Matter: Factors That Contribute to the Innovative Attractiveness of Medium-Sized Cities."
