On September 24, the third seminar of the "Research on the Peculiarities of the Implementation and Application of Innovations" cycle was held as part of the "Genius of the Place and the Spirit of the Time" research project, implemented by the Leontief Center ICSER ??with the expert support of specialists from the Leontief Center ICSER.

The seminar was attended by E.E. Kolchinskaya, Senior Researcher of the Leontief Center ICSER, with a report on "Infrastructure Support for Technological Innovations and Peculiarities of the Technological Sector of the Urban Economy", D.A. Kotsyubinsky, Researcher of the Leontief Center ICSER, and M.A. Kotsyubinsky, Postgraduate Student of the St. Petersburg Institute of History of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Syutkina with a joint report "Historical and Civilized Studies of Local/Regional Identity", in which they presented an overview of the experience of regional-civilizational/cultural-historical examination of the innovative potential of urban communities using the example of Petrozavodsk and Pskov. The seminar was attended by experts from the Leontief Center and the Center for Youth Studies (CYS) of the St. Petersburg School of Social Sciences of the National Research University Higher School of Economics - St. Petersburg, the St. Petersburg Institute of History of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The project "Genius of the Place and the Spirit of the Time" is aimed at studying the phenomenon of interaction between the local and the global in Russian realities with an emphasis on the features of the local environment, local networks and practices that influence decision-making and the ability to perceive and implement innovations.
