2024-09-20 :: Seminar "Genius of the Place and the Spirit of the Time": Research on the Features of the Implementation and Application of Innovations

On September 17, 2024, experts from the Leontief Center, the Center for Youth Studies of the St. Petersburg School of Social Sciences of the National Research University Higher School of Economics - St. Petersburg and the Vologda Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences took part in the second seminar of the "Research on the Features of the Implementation and Application of Innovations" cycle, which was held within the framework of the research work "Genius of the Place and the Spirit of the Time", implemented by the ANO "Leontief Center" ICSER ??with the expert support of specialists from the Leontief Center CJSC ICSER. The project experts discussed the topics "Participatory Budgeting" and "Creative Spaces in the City".

The project “Genius of the Place and the Spirit of the Time” aims to study the phenomenon of interaction between the local and the global in Russian realities with an emphasis on the characteristics of the local environment, local networks and practices that influence decision-making and the ability to perceive and implement innovations.
