2023-08-28 :: Sochi-2035 – ecopolis resort: a global center for intellectual and physical health, entrepreneurship, creativity, nature-like and convergent technologies

 On August 18, Sochi hosted a strategic session "Long-term vision for the development of the city of Sochi until 2035: priority areas, goals and objectives of socio-economic policy."

The session was the finale of a more than two-week marathon to discuss the draft Sochi-2035 Strategy and its flagship and priority projects, which took place from August 1 to 15 in the videoconferencing format. As a result of the discussion, taking into account all the comments and suggestions received, the goals, objectives and passports of the municipal flagship and priority projects, the main mechanism for implementing the Strategy, were clarified.

During the strategic session, which brought together more than 100 people, 31 municipal priority projects were presented in 5 strategic directions. The session participants agreed that the Strategy will contribute to the development of Sochi as a city that meets a wide range of needs of residents and guests of the resort.
