2023-06-21 :: L.E. Limonov and B.S. Zhikharevich at a conference on spatial development

On June 21, director-coordinator of research programs of the Leontief Center L.E. Limonov and director of the resource center for strategic planning at the Leontief Center B.S. Zhikharevich took part in the All-Russian scientific and practical conference with international participation "Development of the theory and mechanisms for increasing the sustainability, innovation and competitiveness of the spatial development of the regional economy", dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The conference organizers are the Institute of Regional Economic Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Vitebsk State Technological University (Republic of Belarus).

L.E. Limonov spoke at the plenary session with a report "Evaluation of the need for an energy transition and the introduction of a green economy in the regions of Russia." B.S Zhikharevich made a presentation in section 2 “Trends in thematic accents of municipal strategies”.

The participants of the conference are researchers from specialized institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences, teachers and researchers from a number of universities in Russia and Belarus. Among the speakers, including representatives of scientific and educational institutions of the regions of the Arctic, Siberia and the Far East.
