As part of the development of the Strategy for the socio-economic development of the resort city of Sochi until 2035 (Strategy "Sochi-2035"), a two-day strategic session "Diagnostics of the development of the city of Sochi. Sochi-2035: Flagship and Priority Development Projects. The session was organized by the developers of the Strategy (Consortium Leontief Center - AV Group, which formed a large expert team) together with the City Administration.

 

Aleksey Krylovsky, Managing Director of the LC-AV Consortium, and the experts of the Sochi-2035 Strategy presented the key findings of the diagnostics.

 

The implementation of the Strategy will be carried out within the framework of municipal flagship and priority projects, which will bring Sochi to a fundamentally new stage of development. In the Sochi-2035 Strategy, 5 flagship projects are formed, which, in turn, are divided into several dozen priority projects. All projects are worked out in detail, coordinated with the persons and organizations concerned (responsible for the implementation of projects), since it is this approach that will ensure the achievement of the results laid down in them.
