2023-03-02 :: Development of the Sochi-2035 Strategy

The developers of the Sochi-2035 Strategy, experts from the Consortium Leontief Center - AV Group, together with specialists from the New Horizons group of companies, explored the Lazarevsky District. The objects of study were the transport infrastructure of resort villages, the territories of proposed investment projects, and the development of coastal areas.

The review confirmed the need to develop transport infrastructure, increase road connectivity, create roadside service infrastructure and apply spatial solutions when planning the integrated development of these territories. In addition, the task was formulated to create a design code for the resort city of Sochi and use abandoned capital buildings in the coastal strip.
