2022-07-18 :: B.S. Zhikharevich prepared an expert opinion on the draft Strategy for the Social and Economic Development of the Kaluga Region until 2040

On July 13, Director of the Resource Center for Strategic Planning at the Leontief Center B.S. Zhikharevich prepared an expert opinion on the draft Strategy for the Social and Economic Development of the Kaluga Region until 2040.

The strategy is being developed by the North-West Center for Strategic Research. The draft Strategy is undergoing public discussion.
