On December 3, the head of the research department N.Yu. Oding took part in the meeting of the Russian-Mexican discussion club "Sustainable Development through Innovation: the Role of Universities, Industry and the Public Sector on the Path to the Digital Economy" and made a presentation "Regional Aspects of Innovation and the Role of the State".
