 On November 25, researcher T.K. Pribyshin took part in the advanced training program "Project Management of territorial development of the Pechenga Municipal District of the Murmansk Region" (Nickel settlement). The purpose of this program is to assist the development and implementation of policies, programs and projects for the development of the territory in the Pechenga MO. Pribyshin made a report "Experience of territorial development projects in municipalities of the Arctic zone". The report summarizes the material collected during the preparation and holding of the VII municipal strategy contest "The Best Implemented Strategy in the Arctic".
