Yakimenko took part in the Plenary Discussion of the XII Congress "Organization of Road Traffic in the Russian Federation" ROAD TRAFFIC RUSSIA, which took place in Moscow. Organizers: the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Coordination Council for the Organization of Road Traffic.

Within the framework of the discussion, the prospects for the development of transport systems of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation were considered (on the example of the Pskov and Kemerovo regions); the master plans are presented, in which the issue of the tourist attractiveness of the regions, the factors of its increase and the role of transport infrastructure in this process are worked out in detail.
