September 20, during the event within the framework of the project "Improving biological diversity and increasing public awareness of environmental protection in the regional centers of Russia and Estonia" (cross-border cooperation program "Russia-Estonia"), the head of Internet projects and marketing communications of the Leontief Center, coordinator of the International the partnership initiative Green Mobility and the business game Game of Goals Olga Iakimenko took part in planting plants in the park near the Mirozhsky monastery (Pskov).

The activists planted 75 shrubs along the footpath and, together with UNESCO representatives, planted the Tree of Friendship in the name of promoting sustainable tourism.

The planting was attended by students, schoolchildren, city residents, employees of the Pskov Administration and representatives of regional authorities, as well as the first deputy head of the city administration Boris Elkin.
