On July 7, Boris Zhikharevich, Director of the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre, took part in the plenary session “Frontal Strategy and the Tactics for Urban Areas” at the International Industrial Fair INNOPROM 2021 (Yekaterinburg). The plenary session focused on development of urban areas in the context of developing new Russia’s Socio-Economic Development Strategy.
