2021-03-25 :: Elena Belova and Olga Iakimenko Took Part in the 20th International Forum Ecology of Big City (St. Petersburg)

On March 25, Elena Belova, Secretary General, Head of Development Department, and Olga Iakimenko, Head of Internet Projects and Marketing Communications, Green Mobility International Partnership Initiative, Game of Goals Business Game Coordinator, took part in the 20th International Forum Ecology of Big City (St. Petersburg). At the Forum opening, the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov declared 2021 as the Regional Year of Ecology in St. Petersburg.

Elena Belova gave the presentation “Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme 2014-2020: Outcomes and Priorities 21+” at the round table “Promising International Projects as Part of the Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes 2021-2027”.

The round table organizers: St. Petersburg Committee for Nature Use, Environmental Protection and Ecological Safety, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, St. Petersburg Committee for External Relations, Consulate-General of the Republic of Latvia in St. Petersburg, South-East Finland – Russia CBC Programme Branch Office in St. Petersburg, ICSER Leontief Centre.

Olga Iakimenko gave the presentation “Game of Goals: The First Sustainable Accelerator in Russia” at the International round table “New Concepts in Environmental Education”. The round table was attended by the experts from Russia, Germany, Finland and Israel, who shared best practices and experiences in environmental education.
