On March 15, the Director-Coordinator for Research Programmes Leonid Limonov took part in the academic conference “Social Character of Regional Economy: Theoretical and Methodological Approaches”, organized by the Institute for Problems of Regional Economics RAS. Leonid Limonov gave a presentation (prepared in collaboration with Marina Nesena) “Problems of Assessing the Effectiveness of Cultural Heritage Projects in Historical Cities of Russia” at the plenary session.
